Employee Giving Campaign.
The Employee Giving Campaign is an annual initiative that allows employees to donate to a charity of their choice, with the company matching their contributions. It strengthens the sense of community within the organization and enables employees to support causes they are passionate about.
For the 2024 campaign, I led the design effort and collaborated with a team to develop the identity and assets. The theme revolved around empathy and giving, with a heart symbol serving as the central motif across all materials. Additionally, since it marked the company’s 110th anniversary, we integrated branding from that milestone into the campaign's visuals.
Company-wide Article.
This article was created for the company’s news website to raise awareness and generate excitement about the campaign. It featured a fun, animated donation goal tracker that was updated weekly to keep employees informed of the current donation total. The article also included a visual breakdown of the company’s matching system to simplify the system and assist employees in understanding how it worked.

Screensavers.
Screensavers were created to boost engagement, appearing on all company laptops and monitors during login. Both designs feature a triple-toned heart and a gift box, using these symbols to focus on the act of giving rather than the monetary aspect, emphasizing that every contribution, big or small, makes a difference.
Digital Office Signs.
These animated, looping digital signs were designed to showcase the limitless causes employees could donate to, with the company matching their contributions. The present at the end represents the gift of giving. These were displayed in hallways, elevators, and building entrances to maximize visibility.
Email Banner Ad.
An email banner was added to the company newsletter to encourage more employee participation in the 2024 Employee Giving Campaign. The donation tracker was slightly updated and featured in this banner ad to drive engagement.
