Collection that I designed for Awards & Acclaim.

At HBO Max, I was responsible for the design of the 2023 Awards & Acclaim collection page. This curated collection shines a spotlight on Oscar and Emmy nominees and winners. To capture the essence of award shows, I opted for a dazzling gold background, reminiscent of a radiant halo. The logo, on the other hand, maintains an elegant simplicity, providing a harmonious balance against the lavish backdrop.

Identity creation for Holiday Wonderland.

For Holiday Wonderland, I spearheaded the conceptualizing and crafting of a diverse range of assets requested by our Editorial team. Drawing inspiration from the joy of unwrapping presents and modular pattern wrapping paper, I designed a backdrop that seamlessly merged elements of the holiday season with iconic IP specific to HBO Max, including classics like Gremlins, Elf, and A Christmas Story.

As part of this campaign, we introduced an advent calendar, guiding users to discover holiday-themed TV show episodes and movies. To maintain the festive spirit, I opted for wrapped presents, each decorated with distinct patterns, paying homage to my initial inspiration – wrapping paper.

Live Like a Hero tiles for the DC universe.

I created the fun and playful “Live Like a Hero” tiles featured on a kid's fandom page. These tiles served as gateways, guiding users to explore a variety of movies and TV shows in the DC universe centered around prominent figures such as Batman, the Joker, Robin, and the Justice League. To capture the youthful spirit, I ultimately decided to use Lego DC characters that resonated with the playfulness of kids. Heroes and villains are often featured in comic books, so I embraced a vibrant comic style that encapsulated the essence of this dynamic universe.

Ani-May: Month of Global Animation design.

Ani-May: Month of Global Animation was a spectacular showcase featuring an array of both new and classic anime all in one central hub. The Editorial team specifically requested Killua Zoldyck from 'Hunter x Hunter,' known for his electric powers, to be the face of the collection tile. This inspired me to craft a dynamic visual experience, where I incorporated vivid blue lightning and luminous orbs into the background, complemented by a logo design that had action and energy.

8-Bit Christmas premiere countdown.

To mark the premiere of 8-Bit Christmas, I was entrusted with crafting a visually captivating 3-day countdown. Drawing inspiration from the movie's title treatment, I infused the design with neon lights, and then incorporated Christmas lights into the mix, mirroring the key art for a truly festive touch.

A few of the collection tiles that I created for the in-app experience.

As part of the Growth Marketing team, we had the exciting task of designing entry-point tiles for curated collections and recommendation pages on the platform. What made this process especially enjoyable was the unique touch each tile received, aligning perfectly with the IP chosen by the Editorial team.
